Deposit and withdrawal methods are not always the same. Which methods you can use depends on your account and selected currency. A displayed maximum applies to that particular payment method, not necessarily to every method.
You can deposit and withdraw using Visa and Mastercard if card payments are enabled for your account. Use a card in your own name. If you use multiple cards, withdrawals are allocated according to the deposits made with each card.
You can deposit with Skrill (SKRL) and Neteller (NTLR). However, withdrawals to the same e-wallet are not always possible. If you have only deposited using an e-wallet, ask our team which withdrawal method to use.
You can withdraw to your own bank account by SEPA transfer if this method is enabled for you. You will need your IBAN, among other details. SEPA transfer is for withdrawals. For deposits, use one of the enabled deposit methods.
We support cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON, Litecoin, Dogecoin, XRP, Tether and USD Coin. Available networks depend on the currency and whether you are depositing or withdrawing. Tether on Ethereum, Tron and BSC each uses a separate payment route.
These limits apply to each enabled payment method. CHF amounts may change due to currency conversion. The limits shown before you confirm a transaction are the ones that apply. Additional daily, weekly and monthly limits apply separately.

Direct withdrawals to Skrill or Neteller are not always possible. Our team will help you establish which withdrawal method you can use. Rules concerning your previous deposits and use of your own payment details still apply.
In addition to cards and e-wallets, PSCRD may be enabled for your account. This method and cryptocurrencies have their own transaction limits. The card limits in the table do not apply to them.
Open the deposit section in your account, select an available method and enter an amount. Your account currency and payment currency may differ. If conversion is required, the rate for the specific transaction applies.
The amount must be within the limits of your chosen method. For card payments, use your own card and the corresponding details.
Confirm the payment with your bank or payment provider if prompted. Never share card security details or verification codes with anyone.
Keep your payment receipt. If the money was debited but not credited, the amount, currency, time and transaction reference will help us trace it.
Open the withdrawal section in your account, select an available method and enter the amount and required payment details. Check the amount, currency and recipient details before submitting. Having an available balance is not always enough: outstanding reviews, unmet wagering requirements or third-party payment details may cause us to reject your request.
As a rule, withdrawals use the same payment details as deposits. If you have deposited using multiple methods, withdrawals are allocated proportionally. We may require another withdrawal method, such as a bank transfer.
We may request proof of identity or address, as well as evidence of the payment method used. Withdrawals may be restricted during a review. The details must belong to your account.
To withdraw, qualifying stakes must generally total at least three times all deposits. For a CHF 20 deposit, this means at least CHF 60 in qualifying bets. The minimum odds are 1.10. Bets that have only a minimal impact on your balance, such as betting on opposite outcomes in roulette or baccarat, do not count. The amount you can withdraw depends on the qualifying stakes you have placed using each deposit.
This requirement applies in addition to the terms of any active bonus. Do not deposit expecting to withdraw the amount immediately without meeting the turnover requirement.

The general withdrawal limits are set in EUR. They do not correspond to identical amounts in CHF. Limits for the selected payment method and any currency conversion also apply.
For a separate review, we may need further details from you or your payment provider and may temporarily restrict payments. Under the terms of certain payment systems, such a review can take up to 180 days. This is not the standard processing time for every withdrawal.
We do not always cover fees charged by payment providers. Deposits and withdrawals can therefore incur charges. We cannot guarantee that every payment will be free of fees.
For currency conversion, the rate at the time of processing applies. It can change and may differ from the rate you saw earlier. You can check the final amount and exact exchange rate in your payment transaction.
A service fee applies to BTC deposits and withdrawals made through the Bitcoin payment system. This is another reason why the amount sent may differ from the amount ultimately credited.
Tether on Ethereum, Tron and BSC uses different payment routes. The currency, network and recipient address must match your selected transaction. Only reuse an address from an earlier payment if it matches the recipient address in the current transaction.
Cryptocurrency deposits are excluded from the casino welcome package. Depositing crypto does not trigger this deposit offer.
