Verification and payment details
We may request proof of identity, address and payment transactions to verify your account. Deposits and withdrawals must use payment details belonging to you. Account features and withdrawals may be restricted while a review is pending.
Betting and game settlement
A sports bet is accepted only once confirmed online. Accepted bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled afterwards. The stake on a void single bet is refunded. Casino rounds are governed by the rules and paytables of each game. Losing your connection does not automatically cancel a stake that has already been accepted.
Bonus funds and withdrawals
Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the applicable conditions have been met. Wagering requirements, deadlines, excluded games and maximum bets may apply depending on the promotion. Turnover and verification requirements may also apply before withdrawals without a bonus. Fees and transaction limits depend on the payment method.
Misuse and complaints
Multiple accounts, using someone else's account or manipulating the service may result in restrictions or an account suspension. For settlement enquiries, support needs details of the payment, bet or game round concerned. Unresolved issues can be submitted as a written complaint.
